The proposed registration fee includes: the content of the conference programme, digital proceedings of the conference abstracts, digital certificate, welcome reception on first day, two lunches, five snack breaks.
Registration will be closed on November 10.

Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations received by 30 June – full refund available with 10% administrative fee deducted.
Cancellations received from 1 July until 1 August – 50% of paid registration fees will be refunded.
Cancellations received from 2 August until 5 November – 70% of paid registration fees will be refunded.
Registrations cancelled from 6 November 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.
